The experience that Stillness Spa offers is focused on personalised treatment regimes. Therapies are carefully chosen to satisfy each individual's needs. Due to our meticulous methods we are able to create an environment that entirely eradicates any residual stress or urban discomfort. Our services include touch therapy, spa body treatments and skin care treatments. Kinesiology, pilates, yoga, and gentle cardiovascular exercise in our state-of-the-art fitness centre. These holistic treatments in combination will lead to the discovery of a whole new world of rejuvenation and wellness for our clients.

Paris Spa was launched in 2007 with it's first Spa at the prestigious Relais Chateaux Cellars Hohenort Hotel in Constantia.
